The intent of this blog is to provide insight and real world examples of issues that many of you deal with in the sound reinforcement and church media market. We will strive to provide original content and minimize the rehashing of information that is available elsewhere. If we reference other material it will be as a reference only.
Who Are We
Cascading Waters Audio specializes in all sound/audio and media related activities! We deal mainly with local (southern Wisconsin, northern Illinois and a few distant) churches. We especially believe in the need for proper training of Church media personnel which almost always results in a greater improvement of the quality of your services than “more gear”. While we will discuss gear at times, we will spend more time on training, organizational, and leadership topics.
We will also convince all readers to switch to Apple computing devices!
